- Technician programs may be available in B.C. in the following settings:
- Operating Room/Sterile Supply
- Orthopedics
- Dialysis
Keep in mind that these are technical programs and not nursing-based programs. - Entry to work as an LPN in the Operating room in B.C. is an OR LPN-specific program. A technical program will not provide the education required to enter into an OR LPN position in B.C.
- Vancouver Community College may offer the OR/Ortho or Dialysis technician programs. Contact the school through its website for more information: www.vcc.ca
