Employers
Following is information for employers whose employees participate in payroll deduction for LPN annual registration fees.

The deadline for employers to submit the completed form (see link below) and payment for the annual renewal is the last business day of November . Your employees must also submit their completed annual renewal form to the College before November 15 or their renewal can not be processed.
The employer must send the completed template by email to the College at renew@clpnbc.org AND one cheque representing the renewal fee ($225) times the number of registrants taking part in the payroll deduction plan on or before the last business day of November.
The College does not accept partial payments. Any amount less than $225.00 per individual listed is considered a partial payment and will not be accepted. The CLPNBC will return partial payments to the employer.
NOTE: For 2011, any LPN with a last name beginning with P, Q, or R have an additional requirement - they must also submit a new completed criminal record consent form. Renewals are NOT processed if any requirements are missing.
Please note any payment or registrant renewal forms received after December 31, are subject to late fees.
Instructions on completing the electronic template (see below):
Step 1: Provide employer name, mailing address, phone number, contact name and email address in space provided.
Step 2: Complete columns B through E; column F is optional. ONLY LPN employees should appear on your list.
Step 3: Email completed list to: renew@clpnbc.org subject line "Payroll Deduction List 2010"
Step 4: Mail in payment with hardcopy of completed list before November 30. Remind your employees on payroll deduction that they are required to submit the completed registration form to our office by November 15, or their registration cannot be processed.
If any requirements are received AFTER the last business day of December 2010, payment of late fees are required BEFORE the renewal is processed and the LPN is eligible to return to LPN practice.
Confirm your LPN is registered by checking the LPN public registry at www.clpnbc.org before they work in 2011.
